Book Ultraviolette F77 electric sportbike with 307 km range for 10 thousand, launched in India

The Ultraviolette F77 electric motorcycle has finally been launched in India. The bike was being developed and tested for a long time and necessary changes were made from time to time. Ultraviolette has made changes to the frame and swingarm from the F77 electric sportbike prototype and has been included in this new model. In addition, the newly developed battery has also been introduced.

Ultraviolette F77 has been launched in three variants, out of which two variants – F77 and F77 Recon will be available for sale. Their price is Rs 3.8 lakh and Rs 4.55 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively. There will also be a limited edition, of which only 77 units will be made. These 77 units will get numbers from 001 to 077. The price of this Ultraviolette F77 Limited Edition will be Rs 5.5 lakh (ex-showroom).

F77 electric bike Each model will come in three finishes – Airstrike, Shadow and Laser. Ultraviolette says each of these is designed to reflect a certain identity and personality. The pre-bookings for the F77 have already started. Customers can book this electric sportbike for Rs.10,000.

Talking about the features, it is the Gen2 F77, which now comes with a 10.5 kWh fixed battery. The company claims that it is equipped with 2.5 times more battery capacity and is effectively the highest battery capacity on any electric two-wheeler in the country. The battery pack comes with an aluminum casing.

There are some differences in the specifications of these three variants and their range is also different. The standard F77 model produces 27 kW of power output and is capable of generating 85 Nm of torque. It has a top speed of 142 kmph and a claimed range of 206 km on a single charge.

Whereas, the F77 Recon model produces 29 kW power output and is capable of generating 95 Nm torque. Its top speed is 147 kmph and it can extract a range of 307 km in a single charge.

Finally the F77 Limited Edition electric bike Comes with a power output of 30.2 kW and a top speed of 152 kmph. This model can generate 100 Nm peak torque. Like Recon, its single charge range is also 307 km.

With these models, the company is providing two types of chargers, one standard and one boost. The standard charger can charge the bike at a rate of 36 kmph, while the boost charger can charge the electric bike at a rate of 70 kmph.

Ultraviolette says that there are no visible screws on the bike. In addition, the F77 is equipped with hardware and software features such as dual-channel ABS, adjustable suspension, multiple drive modes – Glide, Combat, Ballistic, Regenerative Braking etc.
