From Wednesday morning, complaints about non-opening of files started coming from every department. At 8 in the morning, calls are also received from the OPD that the files are not being opened. Meanwhile, it was a matter of gratitude that the hackers could not break into the second backup server present in the Dental Education and Research Center of AIIMS. If the NIC team did not reach on time, then the second backup of AIIMS could also have been compromised. If this had happened, the details of all the patients of AIIMS could have been deleted.
