Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui talked about the wastage of water during farming in his village. Nawazuddin Siddiqui said that we should realize the responsibility towards the coming generations, because water is very valuable. If the wastage of water continues like this, then generations may have to face water shortage in the coming times.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui said that we should adopt new technology in the field of agriculture to stop wastage of water. He said that there is a great need to save water. Farmers should be aware to use water wisely, as a lot of tubewell water gets wasted. Nawazuddin Siddiqui said that today’s generation should realize their responsibility towards future generations. Because future generations may have to face water shortage.
Significantly, due to the indiscriminate exploitation of underground water from tubewells for sugarcane cultivation in the area of West UP from which Nawazuddin Siddiqui comes, many districts which were previously abundant in water have reached the dark zone. This area, which was at the forefront of the Green Revolution, is today forced to face the crisis of water scarcity.
