Noida’s Sarpanch Bagh restaurant is unique, people cook and eat themselves, know the whole concept…

Noida. Whenever you go to a hotel or restaurant, a waiter will come to take your order. He would come to your table after taking orders in some time, but there is a unique restaurant named Sarpanch Bagh in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You can cook and eat your own food here. You will be given all the cooking utensils. After that, you can cook food on the stove and eat it yourself.

This Sarpanch Bagh restaurant is situated on the side of the road just below the metro station in Noida Sector-143. When you go here, you will find the whole village. Fodder cutting machine, spinning wheel, camel, cow dung coated chulha-chowka everything. Exactly like a country village. Reena had reached Noida Sector-143 from Greater Noida. He told that maize breads, greens and buttermilk used to be our food in the village. Mother used to cook food and we used to eat sitting in the courtyard, but with time everything got over. But after coming here it felt as if everything had come back. We get the facility to cook our own food.

New concept in Delhi-NCR
While talking to News18 Local, Umesh Bhati of Sarpanch Bagh restaurant says that we have started this a few months back. It has been kept based on the rural theme. It is the first restaurant in NCR, where the concept of live kitchen has been started. Live kitchen means you cook your own food and eat it. There will be a person with you who will give you the things you need and also help. If you don’t want to cook yourself, then there is food arrangement on Rajasthani theme, you can eat from there. We take orders from all platforms online. We are also on Google by the name Sarpanch Bagh. We run it from eight in the morning till 11 in the night.
